Is this Pan. subbalteatus or Pan. foenisecii? IMAGE-HEAVY

So I can't decide which of the two species these guys are.  The were growing in a loose group.  Stems are hollow.  Not too thick.  Spores appear black...but i have an untrained eye.  No blue staining.  
One final test performed still left me undecided as to which species this is...









Thanks for any guesses/clues...AND if you do guess, will you please tell me why you think so?  I want this to be a learning experience for me...

Hey. you really need to show whole mushrooms and the gill side with the stem attached.  Those caps appear to be like Panaeolina foenisecii Maire and not P. subbalteatus..

However,  black spore print would generally indicate a species of panaeolus as Panaeolina has a brown print.

So your mushroom is a species of Panaeolus, but as to what kind,  I cannot tell. ther are about 22 species of Panaeolus and 5 active or so, but even your stem only slightly resembles that of a P. subb.

Hmm...ok I will take some pictures probably tomorrow (it's raining really heavily today - you know what that means!) and send 'em your way.  Thank you for your help!! :)

hmmm...no shrooms growing this morning...I had my camera ready and everything...
