Idea for a restaurant

The Noah's Ark Burger: a toasted sesame seed bun shaped a bit like a boat, filled with bite-size chunks of meat from every species of animal on the planet.

and

The Noah's Ark Veggie Burger: a toasted sesame seed bun with some butter and lettuce on it.

That kind of reminds me of that japanese chef that serves endangered and otherwise rare animals.  Apparently the saudi royal family has a thing for the hearts of lions, but he says they have an unpleasant texture (the hearts, not the saudis, although I can't rule that out).
