QuoteAs for ayahausca brews, hasn't a court decision recently ruled they are not illegal for bona fide religious ceremonial use, even in the US?

No. The Supreme Court ruled that the US government cannot prevent the users from partaking of the brew while it's legal status is decided. They ruled that a temporary injunction preventing it's use until it's legality has been decided was unconstitutional. But whether the brew is legal will be decided in another case.
