"To enact R. S. 40:989.1, relative to controlled dangerous substances; to create the crime of the inlawful production, manufacture, distribution, or posession of a material, compound, mixture, or preparation intended for human consumption which contains a hallucinogenic plant;

blah, blah, blah......

........(2) whoever violates this provision shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment with or without hard labor for not less than two years

blah, blah, blah......

......b.(1) it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionall to possess a material........ blah, blah....... for human consumption which contains a hallucinogenic plant..

(knowingly posess a material???)
(whats that, does that mean a person could plead ignorance?)

Shucks, it looks like they forgot a couple of interesting sacraments. Anyone want to give them a hollar and help them turn the screws a little tighter?

If everyone would just grow their own stuff, then this law would be meaningless.

Right now there are vendors growing because people buy from them.

But if people would just be patient and buy a plant, clone it, and take care of themselves, this law would be impossible to ever be used.

hard labor...yeah, the harder the better - they'll hardly feel it, all those hallucinogized (is that like homogenized?) criminals
