I just bought this Cd, great stuff. H'e got singers like Aaronn Neville, Dr John, John Mayer and Mavis Staples, but most tunes it's just his great band.

Check it out!
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

What JR say...great sounds.

And who'd've thought John Mayer could belt it out like that?  Even from the grave, Ray still be teachin'...

Isn't it great!! It's the perfect link between the past and the present.

Long live John Scofield, Steve Jordan and the music of Ray Charles.
