a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

I got to meet Ben a fews years back and did a gig with him as a fellow sideman, backing a songwriter guy. What impressed me about Ben was how restrained he was in the band context, almost timid.
