Good band. Cenacle pushed me in that direction. He loves them.
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

If ya like Wilco check out Uncle Tupelo whixh was basically Wilco before there was a Wilco. Feuding between the two main members of Wilco, Tweedy and Farrah, led to the break-up. Jeff Tweedy recruited three former band members and form Wilco.

1993's Anodyne is considered their definitive album

good to see some of yall giving wilco a shot! indra, there's a movie about the making of yankee hotel foxtrot, it's called 'i am trying to break your heart,' pretty fascinating stuff, and it was my intro to wilco a couple of years back...any of their albums are worth trying out...including the ones they did with billy bragg, mermaid avenue volume one and two, comprising unrecorded woody guthrie songs...they're good in concert too, me and nouveau saw them in seattle last year and had a good time...

i think my favorite wilco album oftentimes is being there, a massive double album that takes you for a long trip
