oneironautica: convenience store

dream of where i used to live, a large burnt out industrial college town on the  US east coast...i am there with my beloved nouveau...we are working gas station convenience jobs...

i remember the location was familiar...the area near my old college...the streets were dark...there were shady figures around...nouveau told one of our bosses of our change of work plans soon and the boss said good cuz with the coming of spring, hours would get cut...

shady people around, nobody i knew from those years...just a malevolence, a lazy kind that didn't show itself nor ever entirely dissipate...
