Mr. green

Hi folks!

I wanted to tell all of you people that he is not a scammer or something like this.
Ive been doing quite a while nice business with him and it always works out fine.
It's just that communicating with him is sometimes a hard deal because of different interpretations having a culture related background. Nevertheless its a great guy doing business with.

-PEACE TO YALL

Mr. Green

Ignas

Ayahuasca-journey very good guy and also very good saller. Seeds viability is approx. 96%, plants arrive in very good conditions.
You can trust him 100%!!!

Peace,

Ignas

Stonehenge

Uh huh. It would count a lot more if these glowing endorsements were from a regular and not someone with a couple posts who uses poor english. I'm not saying he is a ripoff, i'm saying i for one will not send first.

I will place a test order and let everyone know how it works out. I've been around for over 10 years + but asked to have my account deleted and now I'm back.

Roach is a down boy, been part of the tribe forever!!
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

He may be a good guy, and safe.  :smoke:3

But I still would like some evidence that he can deliver live rooted plant material to a buyer in the USA successfully. Cuz I doubt he will return my funds if his efforts to deliver fail.

There's more to this than just putting some seeds into an envelope.  :smoke2:

Irie Dendro,
You're right!
So far I've had seeds and caapi vine.
Not tried for live cuttings!
Let us know how it goes?

Hi a-j...

Again, I am not concerned that you can't package well, I'm sure you do, and your packaging looks good.

I am concerned about the legals, about the paperwork, fees  etc..

If your shipments are confiscated by US Customs, for any reason, then nobody gets to grow the plant, and the money is gone. And if you don't have the required licenses and certificates to export live plants from your country to the US, the packages may not even get out of your country's Customs shop.

So again, as I told you months ago, I would like to see some photo or copy paper evidence that live plants you have shipped to the USA actually have successfully passed thru Customs and have been received by the buyer. A well-known  buyer's endorsement is great, but I would like to see the documents.

Roach is solid, but he's in Canada, with different laws and policies from the USA. So I'd like to see papers from a live plant package that cleared US Customs.

i can vouch for Mr green being a stand up guy. we have done business together in the past. He is sometimes slow (as am I) but i always get what he promises.

To me the only problem with A-J is the shipping charges. you'd have to place a pretty big order for it to be worth it.

VajraPirate

having read up recently on the proper botanical identification of diplopterys and what sets it apart from banisteriopsis, and having seen pics of AJ's Chaliponga plants forming seed I have sadly come to the conclusion that he has unknowingly misidentified the Dip's.

I seriouisly doubt it was intentional, and otherwise know for a fact that this vendor is safe to order from. He seems to be on top of the banisteriopsis' but when it comes to Diplopterys, he is off a little bit.

D cab grows near the amazon, but other diplops go up as far as Brazil and eastern brazil, I think it maybe be a relative of d cab or even possibly dip v. but it is definitely not D cab.

He is an honest man. He just made a mistake here.

That is my conclusion.

Back to the hunt for the real deal!

dendro

A-j, didn't you drink this plant to feel its spirit?

How can you sell caapi vine as D. cabrerana?

Amomynous

Quote from: "dendro"How can you sell caapi vine as D. cabrerana?

That happened to me once, from who I would characterize as a reliable vendor. It was a case of misidentification.

I once paid a lot of money for what was supposedly a section of viable D. cabrerana vine. I split it in two and grew it out. It turned out to be B. caapi -- a nice specimen to be sure, but paying something like $80.00 for a six inch section of caapi vine is a bit extreme.

From my research it is really hard to grow out a cutting of chaliponga. I was in Peru once and brought back some sections from a known, good source. I tried to grow them out but failed horrible; they didn't even think about growing, as far as I could tell! This disappointed me, but on the other hand I've never heard of anyone succeeding. I think that's why folks get so excited about seeds, as they may be the only viable way to go.

dendro

"From my research it is really hard to grow out a cutting of chaliponga."

This is why the shipped material needs to be a ground layer or an air layer, already well rooted, to give it the best shot at sprouting.

But ID is step one, and drinking a brew would be the obvious way to start.

Have you ever "journeyed" by drinking ayahuasca, a-j? Or do you just send ayahuasca cuttings on journeys thru the post?  :baffled:
