It's always best to grow it yourself.

It's really easy to cultivate.

Smoke freshly dried leafs and use fresh wilted leafs as a quid (stuff in your lip or cheek) to get the best effects.

Again I wish to point out that most Mazatecs and the curanderas chew their leaves and do not smoke them.

Albert Hofmann chewed leaves in a Mazatec ceremony while his wife and the Wasson;s ate Psilocybe caerulescens.  Maria Sabina's daughters presided over the ceremony.

Albert Hofmann talked of his experience on Salvia in his book translated by Jonathan Ott from German into English, "LSD: My Problem Child."

Two images of Salvia in my garden and some San Pedro:

Do you have any photos to share of the Salvia you have grown?

You know I really don't have any good one... I focus on cacti when I'm taking pics mostly...

Let me see here...

WEll those look pretty healthy to me.

Mine are a little raggedy as to much hat form the lights on them have dried some fo the leaves. I have never eaten them dried so I do not know the potency, however, I have had a 10 X extract and personally did not like the high, which for some reason lasted only about three to five minutes while the fresh leaves, 22 seemed to last several hours.

Be sure to check out my Korean cacti display with several varieties of San Pedro from the Seoul, Korea international Airport.

I noticed you preferred to note that you focus on cacti a lot.

boomer2,

nice plants.

Also what are you guys using for insect controll, i havebeenusing a garlic and tobacco tea sprayed onto the top and bottom of all leaves and water the soil with it bout ever other week or so, though the garlic will smell if youre plant is inside like mine, it keeps bugs at bay :smoke2:

Bugs have never really bothered mine...

But if they did... I'd use tobacco.
