Do you mean as an alternative/substitute to tobacco? or jus as a nice smoke? or as a smoke for effects?

jus have to say that smoking anything is in no means good for your health at all... that said, just blend whatever tastes good to you or gives the said effects you may be after. flowers can be too strong in taste sometimes. if you wanna make it easier to roll, i have found that mugwort (a. vulgaris) makes rolling much more fluent when added to the mix and shredded in a grinder...

mints can be really mellow and nice, anise-hyssop gives a nice anise flavour and body sedation.works esp well with catnip also...

just experiment with flavours and see what evolves...

One found that wild letttuce and mullien seemed to be a waste of time.
Some sedative herbs of interest were damiana, catnip, skullcap herb, garden sage, white sage, wormwood, and mugwort. One is also wondering if kratom extract may be smokable too. Kratom leaf gave a mild buzz.

for an herbal smoking blend i like to use some dank herb, nilumbo nucifera (lotus), pedicuralis densiflora (indian warrior), a lil bit of powder/crushed vanilla pod, and perhaps a dash of worthy tobaccy
