Cal Salvia Bill

I just got an e-mail today that says that California has just passed a bill that regulates Salvia....  Yep, a small victory, in that the original bill would have made Sally another evil class 1 no no....  The bill merely makes it an offense to sell S.D. to peeps under the age of 18.....  Darn!!!   Just when things were looking sort of dire for Salvia;  here comes an actual enlightened approach....  I also noted that the history of the bill shows "one concerned citizen"  as the number of peeps that spoke in opposition to S.D. being criminalized....  I think that just goes to show us all, that our voices can make a change....  Hooooray!!!!   Makes my day!!

This just in::::    Just saw a small piece that indicated a bill was altered in the same way in ME today.....   Jeez, don't tell me the peeps in office are actually trying to look a bit more reponsive to an ever growing part of their constituency :shock: ............ I'd love to see this begin to snowball...  Not a ban, but a regulation providing for a restriction to minors.....

I agree, Sal, this is an improvement over the "ban everything" mentality that seems to run with idiot politicians. The irresponsible media paint all plants as dangerous and love to scare the old ladies. Very little is said about dangerous Rx drugs.

Possibly due to an election coming up. Whatever the case, its definitely a step in the right direction for the plants and the people.
