Normal First Trip?

man i tried sd for a second time a less strong one this time since my first trip wasnt that pleasurable experience

this time i did it laid on the bed, and closed my eyes and i felt there was a circle in the middle of me and i envisioned it with my eyes closed, and i saw the circle and it was like spinning and scaly and around it was like just more scaly yellow shit and the ball was rolling and all the background was going into that sphere, i had that exact feeling like i was spinning and everything was coming into me and it started to become uncomfortable, so i opened my eyes and got up and i felt like it was really hard to walk and like everything was a puzzle and i was a piece trying to move out of my spot which was a perfect fit but i wanted to get out of it since it was so uncomfortable and it seemed like i could escape the feeling by going somewhere else like outside and while i walked out the ground looked like it was swirling (since it was like wood grain) and i thought i felt a piece of the ground go up my shirt that was all the main things that happened

i dont think im going to do it again though since everything i do salvia i get a really uncomfortable feeling all the way through until you get the afterglow and the afterglow aint worth it

Not much of an escape from reality, eh? And "recreational" just isn't a word that comes to mind for me when thinking about the salvia experience. Too deep for dat.

ps: Somehow, reaching that uncomfortable space takes less and less plant material as more experience is gained. ( reverse tolerance.)
