Lost my boots in transit, babe,

Hey Andy-

Too bad we didn't hook up, but we will be back.........
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

right on........ good to hear from all'yall.

As for me, hav just been workin hard mostly, and when occasion permits, rockhounding around oregon and catching random outings with my girl, who happens to live back in pocatello..... man those long distance relationships can be tough but rewarding, genuine and intense.  I love it...... and suprisingly, I think I love her too.

anywhoo, yeah as to the rockhounding, me and lizjah just ran across a butt load of red and green moss agate out by madras oregon. we are heading out again tomorrow for yet another day trip.... what a hoot that is, just tramping around in the hills and discerning and sorting and navigating.  And if we run by some pretty rock at the end of the day, mores the pleasure.

As for work..... it's been hard but rewarding as well.  Such a level of insite into the human condition I get working with people in the emergency setting and not so emergency setting.  Damn, how people can just open up when aproached candidly and with good intention.  Am not the most extroverted person myself, but I'm learning to navigate the space with some success. Can't say for sure as if I've saved any lives or not yet though arguments could be made..... but I take the work very seriously.  Mostly we (me and whoever happens to be my partner) sit around in the ambulance at different posts in the county and wait for a call to drop and then it's mister toads wild ride with lights and sirens to the call and a flurry of activity and questioning and then off to whichever hospital is our destination.  We do alot of non-emergency transports too which can be very rewarding as well, depending on the person and the situation.   Oh the random caviates I now cherish.

blah.... listen to me........ I guess we all have our moments.

yeah life.  Bring it on.

Love a~

Oh and good luck with the school thing everybody who's doing it.
