Herbal tea from my local General Nutrition Center wierd efct

OK i bought a herbal tea from my local GNC made by Traditional Medicines called Everyday Detox (liver) and its 'all natural' what ever that means but i know it means not organic, but anyway i brewed this tea for the first time a couple weeks ago and felt strange feeligns when i drang it i boiled water and then brewed the tea and when i drank it almost immeditately i felt different not  a very noticable difference but i felt almost a very very mild high if i walk i feel funny as if my sight doesnt line up with my sence of touch (as if i walk to the door it might feel like i am still staning near my desk or not yet too the door even thuogh i se the door infron tof me its very strange can someone offer input as this is NOT why i bought the tea i dont mind the effects but i am jus twondering hwy it would do this

I've had this happen too... though the effects were slight, they were noticable. Most body purifyers work with the liver and kidneys, thus purifying the blood, and toxins already built up in these organs. I assume that the effects are felt because of the body is trying to fight off these toxins, and while in the midst some get released back into the bloodstream. Any psychoactive substances, medications, and food additives would be released in miniscule amounts I would assume. I am only guessing here, but it seems logical.
