I'd think that if you are getting only minimal effects then you may want to try toking some extract.......If you don't achieve lift-off from 5 good tokes of 5X, well then, Sally is definitely not going to be your muse.....  sal

does anyone feel bad when they arent able to get a trip off of salvia but a really good pot like high because when i tried smoking it i only got a pot high for olike 30 seconds and i didnt like it it made me feel... sick? or kinda bad (in a way)?

You might try getting one of the more powerful extracts...my first time was on 40x, and let's just say that it was not subtle.  I have since learned to use straight leaf with a bit of 5x or 10x sprinkled on top, or just the 10x on special occasions.  The extracts will be more expensive, especially when you get into the higher numbers, but perhaps once you've had a good 20x-40x experience, you might be able to go back to straight leaf and feel the effects.

I won't go so far as to say Sally changed my life, but I do thank the powers that be that I proved sensitive to Sally's charms.
