Actually, we are looking forward to the snow leaving so we can begin the hunt but we still have April to contend with. Having moved from the hot, dry plains to 9500+ feet we moved from an area with practically no fungi into an area with a diverse array of high-altitude edibles (and just look-neatables). We only realized our bounty toward the end of last season, but this time around we're equipped, ready and waiting.
