deleting post's

hey i have a question how do i delete posts?
im sure i just overlooked some simple delete button but.....i have to ask

i also cant figure out how to add an image to my post iv just been hyperlinking to the gallery

The delete button is along the top of your message, across from your name.  It is the little x button.  

Also if you hit the edit button you will get a "Delete this post" checkbox at the bottom of the page.  You can delete it this way if you don't see the X button.
