It's hardened, not soft.  It does have an orange color to it as well.  It is new to the plants within the past few days.

Anybody have any info on the Emery trial?  This is very weird...it seems as though the government has shut off all access to any relevant info regarding both the emery case and the case of RC/overgrow.  I recall reading not so long ago that the extradition proceeding were supposed to get underway on Feb. 13 which was also Emery's birthday.  Now when I do a google search I come up empty-handed on both cases.  (although one of the very first links ito Emery is a government website: http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache:88 ... =clnk&cd=4).

Dudes these guys are playing dirtier than ever.  It seems obvious that they are controlling the accessible info in an attempt to keep people quiet and out-of-touch with the details.  I'm not sure about Canadian law but I know that in the US this is a clear violation of ammendment 1 of the Bill of Rights, that being the Freedom of Speech of the people.
This is exactly why Bush's spy program is not to be trusted.

Emery's extradition hearing is February 13.  This is stupid timing by the Canadian gov. but should help garner support for the cause beforehand.  Anybody who is near the Vancouver area should show up and voice their support...

this is sad...I sent a letter to HS shortly after the Emery raid telling those guys that they'd be next on this ever-broadening Bush/GOP agenda and that they should put all their money and assets into a swiss bank account before the whores come around and steal it the way they did with Emery.  I hope they listened...
