WHy Can't I Post an Image

I have a 92 kb image to post but the upload denies me access to post;

Here is what i get when i try to post an imae:

I`ll say 'yes' for myself,in that jus` recently it seems,Iv`e been getting the same thing when trying to upload a image. More percisely, A message simular to his is already in place after pushing 'upload file' and before the actually attempt.

Yes I also get another error beside the one I posted. maybe it is because of the thailand computer I am using. in windows h professional XP.

HI Gang, have beautiful shroom and other iamges to post for youall.  However, the gallery is stillnopt letting me post any images whatsoever.

I keep getting this horrible error.

ok, Nitro is so busy i have scarcely heard a peep from him in weeks, so we need to get Andy onto this one unless Stonehenge can do something. I've just emailed Andy about it anyways and i'm sure he'll check in.  The gallery has been one of the more time-consuming things to set up, i understand,  so please be patient and i am sure we will get the user-friendly facility we need.

There was a slight issue with permissions which has since been corrected and all now seems to be working just fine.
