US President George W Bush says he will lead an investigation into how the Hurricane Katrina disaster was handled.
"I'm going to find out over time what went right and what went wrong," he said in reply to criticism that the authorities were too slow to respond.

The US Senate is to hold two inquiries of its own into the disaster which hit the Gulf Coast and New Orleans.
...and as if from the inception of time itself I realized I was and had been for sometime, elsewhere, elsewhen or somehow, quite seriously, otherwise...

Why thats just a very queer comment by shrub there.

Holding an investigation.....Pfff....... does he not comprehend that taking care of catastrophies like that is part of his job description?  Does he think he can write his own story as to how he flubbed the job?Whiling the days away, enjoying his vacation time......

Like he said to those to devastaded black women on his first photo op trip to Mississippi "You don't understand, the federal government is gonna spend money and clean up this mess"

Talk about the fox guarding the hen house!!
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

This is a nice sleazy little move,eh?

Hell, can`t accuse the very leader of the inquisition, can you now? He`ll have your head!(while protecting his own and.. mabe...others) I think he knows he really slipped here, and needs to steal the high ground.

Can`t believe PPL. won` see that for what it is.

hey people! bush's got his finger on the pulse of the nation. just one slip-up i see - and someone should mention:- the nation's still alive - he should try re-connecting to the present moment.
