Isn't this the same colection of articles I read on the old Serendipity site a couple yrs ago???  If not, it is about the same....  It never ceases to amaze me the lengths to which some will go in reppression/suppression.   Sadly, after being on this planet, and residing in AmeriKKKa for better than half a century; unfortunately, none of this surprises me  -- senorsal

Mmmm, I don't recall.  Scary thought though.

Finished reading that report last night...54 pages of goosebumps...once we're all immunized against all entheogens, perhaps we'll be tested for naturally high levels of endorphins and then have them appropriately suppressed.

Reminds me of that old definition of a conservative--someone who is convinced that somebody, somewhere, somehow, despite every past effort, is having a good time:  of course that person must be found and stopped.

this is scary....
anything that can be effective against drug targets as prophalactic treatment doesnt sound to healthy to me...these would seriously fuck with all the natural systems in place to deal w/ natural substances...
only reason any drug works is due to its similarity to a natural chem in the body, natural machinery that will also act on and with exogenous chems...
i can however see the implications for addicts looking to get clean, limiting the drugs to the chem of abuse, where the natural systems are probably already pretty abnormal due to drug abuse, but as a 'preventative' measure in kids? fuck that shit with a proverbial stick!

its funny though, because i can see this line of fire leading to a new type of drug dependency...more pharmaceuticals to fix what the drugs ruined, pharmas to treat pharmas? not good news at all...more money for the corperate drug whores...

anyway ill stop ranting...

why cant we live like tribes?"

some religions use sacred substances. it would be sacraligious to innoculate members of such religions.

hope this encourages all to see the light
