I was watching the episode of Hamiltons Pharmacopia about salvia and he said it was no illegal most places. Ive been out of touch i guess. Is it illegal to grow it? Ive had salvia plant on my front porch for many years.

Im not surprised. After I saw 30x being sold at a gas station as a cannabis substitute I figured it was only a matter of time.

What do you guys know?

I'm not sure about status in all states as I've kind of been out of the loop myself. However, a quick google search showed a company selling 60x salvia in California. That is just plain crazy if you ask me.
