Skin Tag Removal

I have this gross disgusting skin tag below my lower eye lid.
Any magic remedy for this?

I have heard you can clip them off with nail clippers and cauterize with alcohol, but I'm not willing to do that.
Others say that wart remover works.
Apparently they'll disappear if you dry them out, or choke them off somehow.

Any bright ideas?
