Legal mescaline??

I have a sever allergic reaction to even the smallest amount of active cacti. My thoughts are I am allergic to something in cacti other then mescaline.   Is there anywhere in the world that mescaline is legal?

it's legal to posses a ten day supply of any drug in Portugal but it's still illegal there to make and or sell drugs so I bet mescaline would be hard to come by.

Legal, or decriminalized? It's my understanding that they have undergone decriminalization there, but that's not quite the same thing as legalization.  

Roach, mescaline is a phenethylamine. Do you know how you would react to related compounds (such as amphetamine, MDMA, or the 2C's)?

In Peru you can legally participate in huachuma ceremonies, but that's not the same thing. I don't think you'll find anywhere where the purified substance is legal, as it's covered by the UN Psychotropic Convention, and most counties have agreed to be a party to it. And the ones that haven't... well, it would probably be a bad idea to take any drugs or medicines in those countries!

you're correct Amomynous. I was just too lazy to make the distinction because as far as I know, when you get caught there they do nothing more than take your drugs away. There is not even a fine.

I was wondering if anyone knows is it's possible to perform a skin test of cactus to see if you would have an allergist reaction to it before ingesting it.

Don't quote me on it, but I could swear I read, that Portugal specifically noted that they were dropping from member roles of that U.N. Psychotropic Convention....  Cited failed policies, cost , etc....  Sure would like to see this become a trend....

Senor, you are correct. I believe i read that portugal legalized small amounts of almost all drugs for personal use. Their drug problems have gone down since they legalized. Mexico did the same thing and their local drug problems are small. Their international drug problems are huge due to demand in usa. When will we wise up?
