Looks like a Trichocereus to me.  Which one is an issue I won't touch.  Just not enough crammed into my head to guess.

Thanks for your thoughts. I know it's always a crapshoot with peruvianoids. I just like to see what others think. The spines on it are amazing and I love the blue hue. I sent a pic to a very knowledgeable vendor out of California and I'll see what his best guess is. I'm leaning to cuzco variant.

tricho IDs are tough at best. Mightr be a T macrogunus or a cuzco.
