Hello!
As a new member I'd like to say that I've read around and have really begun to enjoy this forum! There's a lot of good information and intelligent people around and I'm glad to have the ability to learn as well as contribute.
So to explain a little about myself...I will tell you that I am dedicated to following a path of self discovery and inner development, probably much like many other forum members here. My learning follows the lead of entheogenic experience with various other sources connected to the mysterious and omnipresent power of the universe; the energy for life. I am glad that this site exists for my further understanding and committed development; a humble step toward connection and unity!

...not to be a bit cynical, but this is intro post is almost the exact same one you posted to the aya forums. You're not just hear to eventually hawk CDs, are you?

Regardless, please excuse my cynicism, and welcome!

If you're asking me: am I going to try to sell product on this forum, jeez no!

I am on a number of forums.. and my interests are the same where I go.

I am looking to build awareness about some of the discoveries i make on my journey.
Some of those discoveries I sure hope are specific.
But thanks for the warm welcome!

Dudes (& Dudettes):

I'm also new here, but you might see my moniker on a couple of other sites as I'm trying to learn all I can about cultivation. I'm a seeker from the sixties--a great time in our (US) history.

I continue the search for peace, and my trips are just one way I search. I'm an older dude and very happy where I am. But I seek more.

If anyone wishes to share resources with me, that is very cool. Like I said, I'm trying to learn all I can about cultivation for personal use. And, looking for fellow searchers. To share experiences with and just enjoy life.

Peace,

Catherwood

Hello brothers and sisters of this dimention.

I see this is where newbies announce themself  :cool2  Well I'm new today,.. as everyday  :e_surprised:
I first of want to say that we know that we are all one, somehow..consciousness yeah, and after this hard material dimension then we really are one, and we won't even thinking that. So that's why we have to make it to the biggest the best until the time is gone, really be beat and scarred..like a rental car, you don't drive it like it's yours, you take it a bit further..  :e_wink:
I'm not saying we should fight, but experience, and share that is to share, love, light, liberty and life, as we are..brothers and sisters.

I'm already glad I joined this forum, it's going to be my first encounter and conversations on this thopic with others, internationally..so I hope there are opinions and wisdom to rise on from you all, and then hope that the World really is bigger than Norway...hehee.

Enjoy, see you all suddenly.. :?:

laughingwillow

Welcome, mescalito.

Thankz. I feel it.

The weather is beautiful, it's been at the least a few feet of snow constant since middle of december, and many sunny day's, like today..  :e_biggrin:
So it's been many magical walks in the forrest.

And where you from Willow??

Mescalito

Obs, ment to place it as a profilpic. How can I do that?

laughingwillow

We live in the U$. Out on da prairie of central Iowa. We've had hella snow and cold here all season too. And we're supposed to get more tonight and tomorrow. I love it.

And its tax season, here. SO I'm working two jobs and have a nice amount of expendable income for the next few months. (I see a new drum or two in me future....)

Yeah I guessed most of you where Americans. Iowa, the Slipknot state..   ...and your a drummer, hehee. Do you play in a band or something like that? There's may types of drum's..so.

Yeah it's been a real winter for a change, it's nice. It's the way it should be when you live in winter area.

Tax season...is it like you pay less taxes or something? We pay half tax every december, don't know why, maybe something about christmas, so we can belive we have more money to buy presents...I'm not far of I guess.

laughingwillow

Naw, my father in law is a CPA. (Accountant) So I work for him during tax season.

As far as slip-knot goes, I met the guys in the band while working with the drummer's sister awhile back. And a couple of the band members hang out in a bar my friend owns. Small world, eh? (There are less than three million people in our entire state.)

I play hand drums. We have a house full of percussion instruments. But during the last year or so I've really become interested in arabic percussion instruments like the tabla, tar and riq. I've been doing a few acoustic shows around the area with one of my local guitar heroes.  I'm hoping something original comes of it.

What about you, mon? What's been tripping your trigger?

The Slip-not dudes came into Da World Famous Torch Club because the bouncer there makes killer tube amps. My buddy Ace King demonstrated the amp and I guess he scared em away. Ace is like that... just too weird, like Charlie Christian on crack jamming with Django and Dimebag........
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling
