Is that really you? It has been years.

I don't want to be a wet blanket but I would be a little hesitant at accepting this person as being the original flat al without some proof of it. He had a very good rep for trades and in general and there is the possibility of someone taking advantage of that. If this is really the original flat al, he can easily pm one of us who knew him back then and give some details that the general public would not know. Many people from the old spf haven't shown up yet and there will be doubt when one of them shows up. What's to stop someone from looking in an archive for an old name that isn't here yet and becoming that person? Flat Albert was away for a very long time and no one seems to have heard from him.

Flat, if that is really you, I'm sure you will not be offended at all. I would want someone to do the same for me if I was away a long time. Identity theft goes on all the time in the real world.

If it is you, welcome back and I hope you stick around. I haven't been to botanical swap yet today but I hope to see you there and in a few of your old haunts.

Hey Stoney!

Yeah, it is me.  I just got the internet after all this time.  Been somewhat of a Luddite on purpose.  I pushed everything out of my life so I could focus on important things- my girlfriend, family, and job.  

I am not trading anymore.  I moved up to the frosty North and haven't had anything but some green peppers in my windowsill.

I won't be around long, but I am happily surprised to see how many are still here.
