San Pedro and other Cacti in Korea

Part One:

Well landed at the Korean airport in Seoul, Korea and much to my surprise they had a gigantic cacti display in the main foyer of the terminal.

AS I was apparently having some battery electronic problems I did not get all of the clear images I wanted to, so I am posting some of the ones showing San Pedro.

So here are some assorted species of Thrichocereus cacti in the Korean Airport.

Part Three:

On the way back from Thailand to America, we stopped in Taipai two months later, I came through the other end of the airport and found a giant penis in the walkway to my connecting flight back to America.

As I walked by and kind of giggled because I was on a tread walkway in the terminal walk between connecting flights, I heard a father telling his two children not to look at the art piece of the giant penis.

He commented to his wife, "It is so horrible that we have to be exposed to this pornography everywhere we go outside of America.

Christians?

Here is the giant sculptured Penis made of bamboo nice wood and some kind of bamboo or Leanna wood.  And a boarded sign which sort of blurred when I took the picture.

There where photo and painting displays of beautiful tribal groups of Taipei peoples from the past in full costumes, as noted in Paintings and photographs.  Unfortunately for me, many of them also blurred.  Other historical artifacts were also on display, but again I was having a battery failure at the time.

Sorry boomer, the only Trichocereus in all the photos is the two T. terscheckii in the last shot.

thats awesome in korea!  i heard they had a big orchid display too.

i never saw that big penis in taipei before, must look next time.  people here (taiwan) often think that placing a carved wooden penis is the room the pregnant mother is in will help get a boy.  i myself have a nice penis bottle opener and ash tray  :smoke2:
