this is a great site from my childhood friend Jacob Fortin...he was my best friend in grade 6..this guy regularly made me pee myself with laughter, and he's still as funny as he was then :)

i highly recommend checking out his site and especially the webcast.

Personally, I'm all for all the congressional supporters of our " interrogation techniques", and others who deny the reality of torture , to simply present themselves to be used as interrogation subjects...  Hell, why not demonstrate in good 'ole 'put up or shut up'????   That one line about it's not torture as long as it does not lead to ogan failure;  Jeez can we get any more lame as we hide behind semantics..............

I work with some devout athiesist and I find then to be pretty unenlightened. I also know some athiesits that are the opposite. The kids at the store spend a lot of time on arguments against theism. They think that finding problems with traditional religon proves their point. They try to suck me into defending the church. I say "I agree with you about the church"

They are children in the world of spirit, so much to learn.
a group of us, on peyote, had little to share with a group on marijuana

the marijuana smokers were discussing questions of the utmost profundity and we were sticking our fingers in our navels & giggling

Hey, I resemble that remark  --------  Actually I do have my suspicions that being a child, or at least having an acceptance and nonjudgmental outlook concerning things spiritual is part and parcel to being shod with the acceptable sandals neccessary to trod 'the path'

the only reason there are so many atheist is because christiany (white american christianty) is the only thing they have been exposed to....

Atheist need to do Ayahuasca and read the Tao Teh Ching by Lao Tzu... they would never look at religion the same again.

I think there is something in what you say. My atheist buddies seem to me totally to be reacting to christianity.

Well, personally like many of us HERE it was/is psychedelics which actually prevents me from saying "I am an atheist"...i don't know WHAT's going on, but something's definitely going on

And i will agree with Teo that atheists can be annoying, sometimes more so than devout Christians.  :)  I believe that INDEED ayahuasca WOULD make many hardcore atheists reconsider their position..i think however that reading ANY book on Earth would NOT...it is actually the experiential side of things that will affect these people, not books, even the Tao Te Ching...
