Just posted this on another board but thought it may be intersting for some here also.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was handed a strange revolver with two pins on top of the barrel, six shells and told “they are going to kill you, tonight at the restaurant”. This didn’t seem like it was going to be a very enjoyable last meal. Also it didn’t seem to be very strange as I was at the time in bed dreaming. In the dream, I remembered that in reality a few minutes earlier, I had actually just micro dosed some Salvia and gone to bed feeling sort of relaxed.
Anyway, the dream went on and I found myself at the crowded restaurant however, I had forgotten the warning I had received and was walking down the crowded aisles of the establishment when suddenly I put my hand in pocket and found the gun.
At that instant, everything about the plot came back to me with a strong sense of fear. Then, suddenly women were screaming all around me, people were diving under tables, at least those that could manage to find a place in such a crowded environment.
I moved my gaze behind me and saw the assailants I had been warned about, they were the very same plant like beings I had previously seen on my sofa while tripping on sally a while back, only this time they were not at least friendly and their gnarled faces and gaze were fixed only on me.
It was at that point that I realized that both I and the assailants were moving in a totally different time frame than anyone or indeed even the plates, glasses and everything else that was slowly falling to the floor in the panic. Everything except these creatures and I was moving in slow motion. Shots were fired at me but the bullets were also suspended in slow motion. I shouted to them asking why they were trying to kill me but they did not reply and continued shooting their weapons.
I returned fire to no avail as slow neon tracers were easily dodged by these beings, and I ran out of bullets.
The plant people were still chasing me as I wound my way through the semi frozen clientele in an attempt to get away from these things.
Finally, they had me cornered in a dead end and released a volley of shots that pierced the membrane like air, twirling in magnificent neon blue colors as they made their way to the their mark, me. There were so many bullets in the air it was hard to see what was going on behind them. The scene looked rather like a neon jigsaw puzzle of what I was viewing had been tossed in the air.
I remembered the strange pins on the barrel of the guns and out of pure desperation I pushed them. A silent puff of smoke arose from the pins and everything including the bullets dropped from the air with a strange creaking sound.
As, the vast amount of smoke dispersed itself and I started to see my surroundings again, it became apparent that not only the assailants but everybody else in the restaurant had turned into potted Salvia Divinorum plants displaying absolutely beautiful neon purple and blue flowers.
I decided to get out of the place and tried to walk but found my legs were sort of stuck in something. At first I had the idea that the bodies of the people killed in the crossfire were pilled up around me preventing me from moving.
It was at that moment I turned my head to see my reflection in a large mirror on the wall. I too, was a beautiful Salvia Divinorum plant so full of flowers, my stems were bowing under the weight. I laughed at this and the laughter woke me up from the dream. In reality, I was covered in sweat and my heart was doing a Reggae number in my chest. That is indeed the strangest dream, I have ever had in my life.
The even stranger part is, I have only just rememberd this dream in full after another microdose this evening.

Sounds wild!

I'm curious, how "clear" was this dream compared to ordinary dreams?  Was it happening in full resolution like a psychedelic trip, or was it in that disjointed haze of ordinary dreams?

Also, you say that in the dream you remembered having gone to bed a few minutes beforehand - this I believe qualifies as a "lucid" dream wherein one knows that they are dreaming..

Were you then altogether aware that you were dreaming?

When you say you microdosed, was this a smoked thing or did you take the stuff sublingual?

Normally, I wouldn't share my weapons dreams with others, but since Bongo didn't pay his "electricians", maybe they are pestering everybody.
Anyway, in my dream, I was walking across the desert, with two unknown companions, who had taken  me back in time to resolve this "issue" of some sort.  Kind of a non-lucid dream as they often are.  My machine gun kept riding up against my back, and we went into a store, to get a long grey flannel smock so that the gun could remain unseen.....I became really distracted by this flannel smock,  and lost the thread of the dream.  I really felt this weird Israeli/Palestinian connection, the landscape and the people... which is odd, 'cause I have been ignoring that issue for some time, and am not of either race.  I had just finished a book on Thailand before micro- puffing.........go figure.!!
hmm..is the wind offshore yet?

Apart from details of the person handing me the gun in the initial stage of the dream which is still a bit sketchy, everything after that point was zipped up. The ornaments in the restaurant, the dresses & jewelry on the women, the carpets were magnificent & almost dazzling to the eye. The neon like bullets emerging from the weapons, so gracefully almost totally transfixed my gaze upon them.
I had smoked a small bong of plain leaf about 15-20 minutes before going to bed with nothing more than a small buzz and a feeling of relaxation. This is basically all I was aiming for as I had encountered problems getting to sleep the night before.
Yes, I was aware that I was actually asleep and dreaming.

That is very neat - I never have cool dreams like this - of being in different times or with odd creatures around..

My dreams tend to be like a blurry misconfiguration of my real life - like, I'm at work, but I'm not wearing any pants and I've forgotten how to do the thing I'm there to do - stuff like that..

Every so often I get flying dreams, and those are always a treat..

2 or 3 times I've had  lucid dream where I realized I was dreaming and became autonomous for a few moments before waking...

I'd like to tinker around with low doses of salvia myself and see if it affects my dream states at all...

It's a shame we haven't developed autonomy in our dreams, because if we could, those would be a damn fun 8 hours to look forward to each day!

Nitro...
My experience may only be a one off and may well not be related to the microdose. I am personally leaning towards thinking that I still had a reasonable amount of Salvorin in my system and fell asleep rather quickly so it may have had something to do with it considering how vivid and electic the colors were.
If dreams are your bag, you may want to look into things like this.

Dream Herb (Calea zacatechichi)
http://www.erowid.org/plants/calea_zaca ... ichi.shtml

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Calea zacatechichi is used by the Chontal Indians of Mexico to promote vivid and lucid dreams. Traditionally a tea is drank and a small cigarette is smoked before going to sleep.

Never tried it myself.

regarding calea... I got this from a user experience at erowid, so I'm not sure how accurate it is... but...

Quote from: "Davion@Erowid"The level of clarity, or continuity produced by Calea Z. is due to the fact that the 'Memory Continuity Facilitator' function is turned ON by Calea Z. and therefore MCV jumps (jumping from one time/place to another time/place suddenly in a dream) are not as likely.

I wonder, assuming this is true, how this would affect a salvia journey... the threshold experiences I've had with salvia remind me greatly of dreaming/near sleep, and there are other striking similarities between salvia and dreams... lack of lucidity, instability of lighter trips, etc...

this makes me wonder if calea would smooth the chaos of a salvia trip... does anyone have any experience with this?
