i seem to have aquired a free sample of Kanna 20x extract...

it looks like it was extracted via acetone or rubbing alcy, and then just evaporated baseless, leaving that hard gummy type resin.  its a little piece that looks like maybe a gram, and the guy (works at the herb store i was at and recognizes me when i come in now)  told me to take it and read up on it a bit and try it out.  i did some reading, and i'm a bit confused, because most erowid reports are of people buying 10g of finely powdered regular plant material for like $40!  on their site, this stuff goes for 15$ for a gram of the 20x extract.  most of the reports are of people smoking or snuffing it, but i was planning on using this sublingually.  

could someone give me a ballpark of how much i should start with using it like this?  should i weigh out an amt or just break off a little piece?

I don't know that it works sublingually,  but it might. I would smoke a tiny bit myself and see how it goes. It's mild stuff.
