The grove was quite mixed in its 'ripeness' definitely enough crystal resin on the pods to make the grove sparkle like a saphire under the moon... but i can only imagine what it would be like at peak 'ooze' might have to wait until the end of the summer months..

Free bird!

Say...

That reminds me of the story of the little birdy in the nest who squwaked all day and night. Matter of fact, little birdie soon decided that it was his squwaking that caused his parents to fly off and return to the nest with tasty little worms and bugs every now and then. Pretty soon birdy started looking around and realized eh was in the top of a tree in the middle of many other trees. Then birdy had a revelation that his tree was in the exact center of the forrest and maybe even a little taller than the rest. All the while little birdy squwaked and the parents delivered like dominoes. Then one day when little birdy was almost too big to turn around in the nest he squwaked his way out  onto a limb. His parents soon returned and urged little birdy back into the nest, but our little friend couldn't hear much, with all the noise he was making. So little birdy didn't listen to the big birdies and in the end, little birdy fell off his perch and bruised his little ego on a pebble lying at the bottom of the tree. Moral...
