Art Fair-Live Jams

Had a really eclectic Saturday.....  It's the weekend of the towns' 37th annual arts fair...  Lots of stuff to see and to do... Some amazing art (sculptures were great)....  They had a blues band playing in a bank parking lot..  I sat down to give 'em a listen...  They were doing a nice version of
"Spoonfull" ====  What floored me was the guy started injecting lyric lines  about spoonfulls 'o oil, 'bout spoonfulls 'o sand; just too many younsters dyin'  'dealing with 'no weanpons of mass destructiion Saddam.. :shock: ---  Then he even sung about Bush spying on people without warrants/AmeriKKKan Eschalon/annihilation of a concept called freedom...   Twas really cool to hear a band come out and do something like that .......  Then, I walked a couple more blocks and heard the community chamber orchestra doing Shastakovich!!  All in all, a good day===  sal
