help i have a palm that is covered in the lil bastards  :evil:  and all i have tryed it rubbing alcohol and showering with lots of pressure (top and under side of leaves) and they keep coming back

how do i kill larva and eggs?

where do they hide?

(i guess i coulda googled this but i figure you guys have a lot of first hand experence)
