Cybergoo, optigoo, nanogoo too

Don't really have anything to say, but I asked and Cybershack reappeared.

Anybody wanna talk about Mac Minis (iCheap)?

Redirecting hotlinks? I just learned what hotlinking was yesterday, when my brother mentioned it in an email with a little htmaccess file he made for me to put on my website to redirect an obsolete link.

We discussed hotlinking, which he said is "Where other sites use your images in their websites without having the common decency to steal them and put them on their servers. So when people view their website, they see your pictures and use your bandwidth to see them."

So my little brain goes, if I can redirect those to a graphic that's a little ad for my site, all the better for me.

Now to figure out how (or wait for explanation from bro when he figures it out, more likely.  :? ) Any advice?

And again, bows to all y'all that have made this site a reality, with such consideration, communication, speed, and nimbleness . You're awesome, dudes. Thanks.

Mac minis, like all things mac, appear hip as shit to me.  If I find five hundred smackers (or 740,055.98 Lire) I'll buy one up faster than Nick Cage can say "donuts are fried in oil".  Toil.

Hey there folks,

Yup, loving them mini macs.  I've only just become interested in these forums recently and though I was signed up to the now missing link I forgot my user name and didn't even lurk.  So mini intro over and what I am really saying is forgive me if you are already aware via a post in the missing forums but...

I've been loving what VIA Technologies have had a large part in bringing to more general attention, the mini-itx mobo form factor.  AMD have picked up on it with their Geode and now obviously Apple.  I've been reading mini-itx.com for over a year now I think and always tempted to get me the parts and build one for no reason other than to own one.  My favourite home build has to be the NASA scientist that bought eight mini-itx mobos and used them as nodes in a cluster running FreeBSD as a development platform before trying it out on its bigger and more expensive brother.

Next up from VIA, the nano-itx at 12cm x 12cm, next stop embedded systems.

No problem doing what you are talking about, typo. I don't know off the top of my head how it's done but I believe it's a common html configuration. Lots of sites do that.

Hey Stonehenge, yeah it seems like something that would be common--who wants their paid-for bandwidth ripped off? Just need to do a little research.
