Recent publication

I did a search on the DEA's website for salvia and came up with this page. The only reference to Salvia is in a section detailing relevant publications to forensic chemists. It is referring to a 2005 publication that appears to take a look at Salvia use and it's effects. Has anyone here seen this or have access to it?
