Seems Kenneth scored 1/2lb of Sally from e-bay and the local prosecutor decided to charge him with intent to sales because the prosecutor asserted that a half pound of Salvia was enough for several hundred doses...  Latest report now, is that the esteemed Daniel Seibert weighed in on the issue..  he opined that making a tea or quid of Salvia would likely result in far less number of doses...  Now, it apperas that the prosecutor is charging him with possesion, and declines to charge with intent to sales....  Praise be for small victories I guess......... :roll:
