I live in Georgia. Last month, a local news station did a special on Salvia by filming college kids while they did it. I remember saying, "Well, that was fun while it lasted". Yesterday, Georgia legistlature voted unaminously to make it a crime to have salvia and/or sell it. After all, all you had to say were words like "acid trip, drugs, hallucinations" and that's all it's gonna take for something to get banned.

Freaking kids...
Be careful what you wish for

I appreciate the reports and keep them coming, but know for sure; man's law is of no consequence.  The Truth will be known!  It is in The Word!
...and as if from the inception of time itself I realized I was and had been for sometime, elsewhere, elsewhen or somehow, quite seriously, otherwise...

Quote from: "TooStonedToType"but know for sure; man's law is of no consequence.

ever spent a night behind bars??....(falls over laughing)....
Mans Law seems a bit more important then! :)

As for those pesky kids....Thats a ball ache!!!
In England, we still have the right to buy and sell upto 40x extract in headshops....   My friend who owns a headshop can also buy 95x liquid from official suppliers.
It seems that Salvia slipped the 'Man' by, as we had that whole fiasco with legal shrooms recently. As the shroomies were taking all the bad press and attention....salvia slipped by....for now!!!

As a matter of fact, toostoned did spend a night behind bars after his house was raided wwhile back.  The quote above was made by tstt AFTER running afoul of man's law. Funny how confrontations of that sort oftenmanage to strengthen the resolve.

Anyway, thanks for bringing this one to the top of the page. Seeing that quote brings back some wonderful memories of a friend I miss dearly. (lee died in early April)

Nailed a retread to my feet
