I'm sure there are not many on this forum that frequent this site but check it out. It's interesting that this research was even allowed to be done.

Well, it's nice to see the body of evidence supporting the beneficial use of entheogens grow a bit.

I find it rather odd that not once does the article mention that this new potential "wonder drug" is a Schedule I substance in the U.S.
What I need is a strong drink and a peer group....

whoever wrote that news story ... is a WITCH! i say: burn her!
...if she weighs the same as a duck.

ibogaine is probably patentable, that's the only explanation i can imagine why there's research being allowed on it and why we're allowed to know about it.

Funny isn't it that they didn't tell us WHAT TREES the bark comes from.  God forbid we might go all the way to Africa to try to find it!!!!

There was a short story on ibogaine on the evening news a few days ago.  I thought it was refreshing to hear about something other than war, murder, rape...... 8)

all hail the one who thought of using drugs to combat drugs  :D

iboga is very interesting......

and how can you patent a plant?     :?:

isolate the active compunds and then create a synthetic vertion?
Human beings are perceivers, but the world that they perceive is an illusion: an illusion created by the description that was told to them from the moment they were born.
