growing mimosa hostilis

hey you guys,


anyone had success growing mimosa hostilis?  if so please give me some dos and don'ts.

I have some m hostilis growing now and some i thought was hostilis, the vendor said it was but it wasn't. They are fairly tough, like shade or partial sun, i just used regular soil and ferts. I have a mimosa tree now i have to get rid of.

Hmmm There must be some way of getting rid of a mimosa tree..  Do they always close their leaves at night?
