Documentary about Genetically Modified Food

Hey, I assume many people here have heard of the dangers of genetically modified food. A new documentary has come out which lays out the many dangers in GMOs. Watching this could make you paranoid about food but so long as you avoid the basics: corn, soy, and canola products, you should be okay for the most part. However, there's concern about eating animal products that are often fed with GMOs as well. So long as you eat certified organic food, you should be fine in this regard.
