looks like the end for my dear friend.

I raised a beautiful mother plant, then grew a few cuttings from her. She died (death by mites) and soon after my cuttings died the same fate. One remained, damaged and battered by the mites. The mites all vanished mysteriously but the health of the plant is degrading slowly.

there is only about 2 inches left, too small to hope for a success in propagating - I took the 2 inches of good plant and started it in water, there are tiny..TINY roots starting, but I fear rot will easily set in soon.

I'd love to get another one but I'm not sure where I could find one. if any of you have a nice cutting you wouldn't mind parting with, or could manage to grow one let me know!

Good luck. Mine died a few months ago when we had a week of uncommonly cold temperatures (single digit F). It was even in my friend's greenhouse where I wintered it 2 years in a row, but the cold came on suddenly and he didn't get a heater out there in time.

I'm sorry to hear
in what area do you live?

hi there fellow member, Sorry to hear about your salvia problems! I have hundreds of healthy, vigorously growing salvias and am looking to make trades for other psychoactive plants, especially the kratoms. I just joined and don't think the terms of membership allow me to sell any until I've been a member for awhile: trades only for now I guess. Try to check it out and get back to me.I'll try to help you out any way I can.....Bob Smith

Thanks for the offer, but I don't have any other psychoactive plants just my little salvia. It appears to be getting healthier and has started to sprout new shoots, the root system is healthy but I did find a mite on it today so I took care of that.

I asked the previous poster what area he lives in, if my plant gets healthy enough to take cuttings from I would be willing to send them a cutting if they're interested and if the law permits.

I am not familiar with Kratom, what effects does this have?
