Help needed

I need help in locating an article said to have been posted on the Spiritplants forum around 10 years ago.
It is claimed this site crashed and the article did not reappear with the site. I am trying to determine the reality of this.
The subject was said to pertain to antidrug/anticoca eradication efforts by the Bolivian military being directed at more than one sort of San Pedro - the publication was said to have occurred at some point during the 1970s.
We know from someone who was living in Bolivia at the time that a more limited eradication of cacti by the military did occur at a later date in some of the larger urban areas with regards to bridgesii but the rest was news to me.
I'd love to learn more if possible whether that is including details or a point in a helpful direction.

We lost  the whole site when it went down a few years back, I think some files got recovered from archives, but I am not sure if they are accessable. Maybe shoot a PM to Kemp, he would know if anyone does.
