The Courts and 'Da Kine

Senor had to appear in court today.  (open container within city limits)  Senor was pleasantly surprised to watch an array of peeps stepping forward for herb and paraphenalia charges, and generally being given a really 'light touch' by the judge....  Most folks had the actual possesion charge thrown out and were given a judicial light slap for the paraphenalia.  Usually, they got a less than $200 fine, no time, and no probation;  with initial possesion charge to be witheld adjudication and expunged from record....   Hmmm,,,,  methinks the judge must be taking steps to assure the mostly college crowd does not lose those federal student loan dollard due to a reefer bust.....  A little enlightenment is a fine thing eh!!!!!!............sal
