As mentioned in a posting in the Long House, Dave has a book out now;  co-written by himself and Carl Gottlieb (who wrote the screenplay for 'Jazz'), as well as 'Long Time Gone', another book he also co-wrote with Crosby............  sal

I read Long Time Gone-truely scary!! He was up to 7 grams of coke and a gram of heroin a day, tough being a rock star.

I just never liked Coca Dreams... Been there done that daily amount with the Horse though.....  Guess my 'training regimen' shows why Dave made it big time and senorsal was only a small lounge act eh :wink:

I gave it the old college try, used to buy ether by the gallon. Still I was minor league, only because of lack of money.

I didn't get it at head shops, I went to an industrial chemical supply house in West Sac, $10 a gallon. Way cheaper than sno-tokes brand.

But then I learned how to dry base, like making crack.
