tonight added Many Musics, liv, "Flushing Dreamâ€"" & it's a rant, faith is the burden and maybe some of the answer, but there is no way of knowing, and that is the hardest part of it...

tonight added Many Musics, lv, "Transience," this pome technically exhibits the mixing technique i conceived some years ago, mixing previous poems in, the way techno DJs mix various pieces of different songs together, the idea being to make something new out of old pieces, it's a fun concept, sometimes it really does breathe new meaning into something old...i like the idea of it, in any event, it draws connections among poems in ways that can be very striking...gives a poetry sequence some additional currents...

tonight added Many Musics, lvi, Dream High, I wrote this on the night of the US Congressional elections, when it was clear that this country's people had finally said FUCKING NO MORE to the little king...I was so glad I cannot remember any of that night clearly :twisted:

tonight added Many Musics, lvii, Two Divans, this is one of my favorites of recent vintage, it's sentimental and grumpy a bit but it sings me clearly and plainly, something i'm always trying for with poems....

tonight added Many Musics, lviiii, "Contraindicative," i sometimes get the feeling there is more to this life that we are missing, and i don't know what it is...i can only ask...

today added Many Musics, lix, "Ferment, Strew," I often think about the phrase "we are one" which in an emotional sense, an esoteric, philosophical sense, appeals to me, but then I see how people treat each other badly sometimes, I see the aspects of life we each suffer or experience alone, and I think, no, it's not wholly how it is...

59 of these poems so far, now all that have been written are posted here, the next one will come when it comes...

tonight added Many Musics, lx, "Creatures Dreaming," this poem is the climax of the 60-poems first series, mixes in lines from many earlier poems, pushing for something, but also letting out something, something new, for I think Many Musics first series is the trunk, and now branches must form, which means hereon more than one poem stream, not sure what that will be like but here is this poem I fought to get down and keep.....
