Tribulus Terrestris

The common name is goathead or cathead(according to wikipedia)
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this plant. From what I have read about it, it seems to be very fast growing with almost all the same alkaloids as Caapi. it also has been used pretty extensively by humans as a health supplement(I would assume it to be safe to consume to some extent)

anyone aware of any historic use of the plant?

it comes off and being an interesting plant I just wonder if it has any use in Aya.

I know that body builders and athletes use it to increase free testosterone, and I believe it is a good source of harmalen.
