Teo is back and stoney needs to go....

I'm pretty sure Teo is again posting here at spr after being booted long ago. I attempted to ascertain his identity in a nice way in another thread and have had two posts deleted by stoney the fuck head.

Anyway, teo has again been spamming the boards with inane posts. I wasn't the only one to find his thread in the forest floor to be bizarre. Alice stepped in to ask what was up as well. However, the thread in question has now been edited by teo to make it appear more appropriate.

If I remember correctly, stoney was the guy who didn't want teo gone, and now he is erasing posts to help conceal his identity.

I'd like to see teo rebanned and stoney lose his mod privileges. I believe Alice would be a good replacement, if she wants that job. Heck, I'd take it just to see stoney removed for exceeding his authority repeatedly.

What i feel is appropriate for the rain forest is discussion about plants. It could be historical usage, present day usage, ethno usage, cultivation, seeds, soil or quite a few other things. Accusing other members of being someone else does not fall within those guidelines even applied loosely. If you want to allow and encourage that in the library, fine.

The original post just gave the name of a plant. That is a little brief and it seemed the poster thought everyone would just jump up and give him information. It's good to encourage new people to be a little more forthcoming and he did amplify what he meant. We are all here to share and to help one another.

Not sure if there are rules about using socks, multiple accounts, etc.

I saw Teo in the chat the other day, everything seemed to go fine. Lucious and I were there so if one of us wasn't watching the other prolly was. Though not much happens in the chat to need either of us to step in. Point being he was there. It doesn't boil my blood that he's here, though if he returns to his old ways as LW says he has, he must go.

hi, just travelled overseas to N. America. i see things have been resolved meanwhile. If LW had been a mod - the discussion could have been kept behind the scenes, which is why I made my comment in the forum itself, Stoney. You're right - forums are there for specific purposes. The Library is for writing, your forum is for plants.

If the new name is teo trying to sneak in, then he is still banned. I had no way of knowing just from the posts but maybe his ip was the same? And if he logged in chat under his old name that would be a giveaway. If someone suspects a banned member is trying to come back or there are other problems they can pm kemp or any mod. Or start a thread here.
