I'm curious it seems that theres not so much variation in the shows being played on SPF Radio, do we currently have a playlist with dates of scheduled shows and a way in which we can sign up on such playlists to schedule use of SPF Radio.   Lemme know thanks

Mince a wedge from a clove of garlic (about a spoonful) and wash it down with some orange juice.   Repeat this every 4-6 hours, you should be a lot better within 48 hours of doing this though your breath and burps will taste pretty foul.

hey JRL send me a PM with your mailing address and I'll get u a copy of a copy of these albums.  Just yesterday got the new Stanton Moore album "All Kooked Out" (w/ Stanton Moore, Charlie Hunter, n Skerik) it's pretty dope. I'll have to arrange some time at SPF Radio and bump some of it for u entheophiles.
